You will receive an email reminder seven days prior to your session, another one two days prior, and a final email and text reminders three hours prior.

Keep your email confirmation handy! It has to links to cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) online up to 48 hours prior to your visit. Late cancellations and no shows are deducted from your session pack.
