UPDATED AUGUST 17, 2026

My practice has grown significantly over the past couple of years, as has the waitlist. Currently, I'm fully booked five months in advance and the booking requests have not slowed down. This has prompted me to modify how the waitlist works so I can serve those who continuously support my practice. Effective immediately, the waitlist is available only to those who are in a monthly or bimonthly maintenance program. This is what's required to be placed on the waitlist:

Have Sessions in Your Account - If you have a Therapy Pack with available sessions, you're all set. If all the sessions in your Therapy Pack are booked in advance, the latest session will be moved to the requested spot when/if available. If you have only one paid session, it will be moved to the requested spot when/if available. If you have no sessions available, you'll need to get at least one to be placed on the waitlist.

First Come, First Served - All requests are placed on the waitlist based on their arrival. There is one major exception, and it is ...

Flexibility Over Specificity - Schedule flexibility is the most important factor when it comes to getting a spot.  Those who can be accommodated during any time or any day of the week will get a spot much faster than those requesting specific days and times.

Office Hours Only - Be familiar with our hours and days of operation. You will not be placed on the waitlist if you're requesting days/times outside our established schedule.

If I do not reply immediately it means I'm not in my office, not that I'm dismissing you. If you send me a request on a Friday evening, I won't see it until Monday when I return to my office. This length can be extended during holidays or when I'm away.

If you're not on a regular maintenance program, all I can do is place you in the next available opening, which could be four or five months down the road, but I won't place you on the waitlist. If that's too long, then I'd encourage you to browse the directory at the Counterstrain Academy for other practitioners. Don't miss the amazing Counterstrain experience just because I cannot fit you in.

If you're in monthly or bimonthly maintenance program, and want to be placed on the waitlist, click the link below for my contact box. Let me know how much flexibility you have, or what days/times work best and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Thank you for your support and understanding. It is my privilege to continue serving you by improving my skills and dedicating my energy to you.

Until next time, I wish you a joyous and pain-free life.
